Alumni

Welcome all Wiyakians!

Since Camp Wiyaka first captivated and delighted that initial group of boys in 1921, individuals have been impacted by the magic of this place “in the heart of the Richmond hills”.  Though camp is made of physical buildings, it is truly a spirit that represents Wiyaka.  You may have many fond memories of Sandy Pond, B’s Field, platform tents, the campfire circle, the Dining Hall, Memory Lodge, the Bunk House, the Point, and the many buildings that hold multiple names depending on the generations that utilized them, but it they are locations that remain at 100 Sandy Pond Road, while it is the spirit of Wiyaka that you are able carry with you wherever you go..

We invite you to share your memories of Wiyaka to campwiyaka@yahoo.com and you may even see some of your fellow alum’s summer highlights here on this site.

Join us pre-season to help get camp ready for camp time to begin, during camp to enjoy an activity or share knowledge leading an activity, or post-season to wrap up and have things stored so they are ready for the following summer. Have supplies or equipment that you’re looking to get rid of? If it can be utilized at Camp by campers or staff we’ll take it!

When you donate your time, items, or financially to Wiyaka, you help to guarantee that future campers and staff members connect Camp Wiyaka the same excitement, happiness, and fondness that you have.

It’s great to have you in the family!
