Individual applying must be 18 years of age. Responsible for planning, directing, and supervising fun / age + ability appropriate programs and activities for campers. Design and implement arts and crafts activities that make use of different mediums, the camp environment, and resources available. The A+C Director has a designated space where materials are held and programs take place. It is the responsibility of the A+C Director to ensure the safety of campers within the arts + crafts space as well as maintain a clean and organized area. A+C Director is a member of the senior staff team, and as such, is responsible for assisting to lead general camp activities, camper safety, and basic maintenance of the facility. A+C Director will often have the assistance of a counselor / CIT during programs.
