Description:
Individual applying must be 18 years of age. The Assistant Waterfront Director is responsible for leading and supervising fun / age + ability appropriate programs and activities for campers. It is the responsibility of the Assistant Waterfront Director to help maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized environment for waterfront activities as well as all storage facilities used in connection to waterfront activities or equipment. It is the responsibility of the Assistant Waterfront Director to ensure the safety of campers within the waterfront space. At the start of each week, the Assistant Waterfront Director will aid in the assessment of campers swimming abilities and assign tags that will create restrictions on area of swim and boats checked out. The Assistant Waterfront Director is a member of the senior staff team, and as such, is responsible for assisting to lead general camp activities, camper safety, and basic maintenance of the facility.
