Waterfront Director

Description:
Individual applying must be 21 years of age.  The Waterfront Director is responsible for planning, directing, and supervising fun / age + ability appropriate programs and activities for campers while utilizing equipment available (boats, game supplies, water supplies, etc.).   It is the responsibility of the Waterfront Director to maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized environment for waterfront activities as well as for all storage facilities used in connection to waterfront activities or equipment.   It is the responsibility of the Waterfront Director to ensure the safety of campers within the waterfront space.  At the start of each week, the Waterfront Director will assess campers swimming abilities and assign tags that will create restrictions on area of swim and boats checked out.   The Waterfront Director is a member of the senior staff team, and as such, is responsible for assisting to lead general camp activities, camper safety, and basic maintenance of the facility.   The Waterfront Director will supervise all lifeguards on duty.
